TraffiCure is operated by Lepton Software Export & Research Pvt. Ltd. ("Lepton", "we", "us"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use trafficure.com and our traffic intelligence tools.

What we collect

• Website analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure page visits, time on page, and referral sources. GA4 collects anonymised IP addresses and device metadata. No personal identifiers are stored by us.
• Tool usage. When you use our Commute Cost Calculator or Best Time to Leave tool, the addresses you enter are sent to Google Maps APIs (Places, Distance Matrix) and to our server for route-specific speed data. We do not store your searches or associate them with any identity.
• Demo request form. If you submit the Book a Demo form, we collect your name, email, phone number, and organisation. This data is used solely to schedule and conduct your demo.
• Cookies. We use only essential first-party cookies and Google Analytics cookies. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Traffic data

TraffiCure's traffic intelligence is built on Google's Roads Management Insights (RMI) programme. The underlying speed data is anonymised and aggregated by Google from smartphone GPS signals. TraffiCure does not receive, process, or store any data that can identify individual drivers, vehicles, or devices.

How we use your information

• To operate and improve our website and tools.
• To respond to demo requests and sales inquiries.
• To generate aggregated, non-personal analytics about tool usage (e.g., "500 people checked Pune commute costs this week").

What we don't do

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
• We do not use advertising trackers or retargeting pixels.
• We do not profile individual commuters using our tools.

Data retention

Demo request data is retained for as long as needed to service the relationship. Analytics data follows Google's default retention policy (14 months). Tool queries are cached server-side for up to 24 hours for performance, then discarded.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing contact@trafficure.com.
